By accessing or using Collab LLM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Description of Service

Collab LLM provides a multi-model AI collaboration platform that enables users to interact with multiple AI models simultaneously. Our service includes conversation management, AI synthesis, and team collaboration features.

User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Collab LLM
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free accounts

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Collab LLM for any unlawful purposes or to violate any laws. Prohibited activities include:

  • Generating harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Attempting to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Using the service to compete directly with Collab LLM

Payment and Billing

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy
  • We may change pricing with 30 days advance notice
  • Overages are billed at the end of each billing cycle

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using Collab LLM. We retain ownership of the Collab LLM platform, branding, and proprietary technology. AI-generated outputs are provided as-is without warranty.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Collab LLM provides access to multiple AI language models including those offered by Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT-4), Google (Gemini), and Groq. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated responses may contain errors, inaccuracies, outdated information, or hallucinated content. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for important decisions.
  • Not Professional Advice: AI outputs do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for such matters.
  • Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Collab LLM is not liable for any consequences arising from your reliance on or use of such content.
  • Model Variability: Different AI models may produce different responses to the same query. Responses may change over time as models are updated.

By using Collab LLM, you also agree to be bound by the terms of service and acceptable use policies of our underlying AI providers, including Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy, OpenAI's Terms of Use, Google's Terms of Service, and Groq's Terms of Use.

Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact us at legal@collab-llm.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Limitation of Liability

Collab LLM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
